Public health is a multidisciplinary field that focuses on improving the health of communities and populations through the prevention and treatment of diseases and injuries. As such, it combines principles and practices from a variety of fields including epidemiology, biostatistics, health policy, environmental health, social and behavioral sciences, and more.
With a degree in Public Health, you will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to identify and address public health challenges facing communities locally, nationally, and globally. You will learn about the social determinants of health, health disparities, and strategies for promoting health equity. You will also gain expertise in public health research, program planning, implementation, and evaluation.
MSCE or its equivalent with Six (6) credits including English, Mathematics, Biology and Physical science (Physics and Chemistry both credits) and two other science subjects
