Department of Theology Requires MSCE with Six credits including English.
Philosophy
Theology, as a discipline of study, is primarily concerned with the actions of God in history. Among these actions is God’s role as Creator and Sustainer of the universe. Theology thus reminds humanity of the entrance of sin into the world and God’s redemptive act of saving humanity from the alienation and degradation of sin. This salvific act of God therefore becomes the basis and cornerstone of Christian education, an education that is committed to the development of the individual spiritually, mentally, physically and socially..

What We Offer
Bachelor of Arts in Theology
This program equips students for critical thinking, encourages the development of personal faith, and supports your understanding and respect for those of other religious traditions. It can be done in 4 years.
Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies
As a religious studies major, you will explore the many dimensions of religion—its spiritual, historical, cultural, and social aspects. You will understand your own religious traditions, and learn from the traditions of others.
